Invitation to ABR's National Conference - Oradea 2025 The Conference will take place between 2nd – 5th of September 2025 in Oradea, Romania. The Official Opening will be held on September 3rd 2025, in the Assembly Hall of The University Library in Oradea. The Conference will be preceded, on September 2nd, by the event entitled “FROM VISION TO CONCRETE REALITY. Showcase of a successful project: 30 libraries of Bihor County become hubs for the digital skills development”, organized by Softlink in partnership with The “Gheorghe Sincai” County Library and The Bihor County Council, which will be attended by prominent personalities from cultural, scientific and socio-political life.
